As I was traveling in train to attend a function, I was fast asleep and got suddenly woken up by a call from an unknown number.
As I attended the call, it was an automated call from Indian railways asking me two quick questions: rate the punctuality of the train and the cleanliness of the platform.
As I completed my survey honestly, I couldn’t be not impressed by Indian railways (IR) attempt to make the journey pleasant.
Just these small things really do make a difference. I do hope that IR do take the results of the survey seriously and act on it.
